Our Typical Process
Every project is unique with its own perks and challenges, but to get a rough idea of how we will normally work, here is a breakdown of the workflow we often impliment. We only charge for the work we do, so when clients come in with thought-out goals and are quick with feedback, we can work quicker and cost less.
#1 - Needs & Concept
We sit down with you to learn more about your business and discuss your goals. We work closely with you to develop your video concept, creating a script and gameplan that you’ll love. We want to make sure you get the most value for your investment and that often comes from our intentionality on the front end.
#2 - Planning & Production
Our team then starts building the framework for your project. We determine how the video will look, what equipment is needed for your shoot, and begin filming! Our crew is professional and courteous, and we work hand-in-hand with you to make sure you have the best experience possible.
#3 - Feedback & Polishing
We’ll stay in close communication with you throughout the duration of the project, and you’ll receive edits of the video for your critique and approval. Once we lock the edit, we’ll go into color and sound design to guarantee your video looks and sounds incredible! It’s our goal to deliver a final video to you in a timely fashion.
#4 - Final Delivery
Our relationship does not end once the video is done. We’ll make sure you receive all files you need optimized to post online or to play on TV. We only succeed when you do, and we’re committed to helping you reach your goals.
